  • Represented public owner in the financing, procurement, construction, and development of a $18,000,000 drainage project utilizing CMAR and Design-Bid-Build as the delivery models with financing from State Capital Outlay and Coastal Protection and Restoration Authority grants and public funds.
  • Represented general contractor in financing and change order dispute of $35,000,000 multi-family housing project with financing by HUD, tax credits, and various private sources.
  •  Represented owner in the procurement, construction, development and overall program/project management new $4,000,000 educational institution utilizing Design-Build as the delivery model and financing through private sources.
  • Represented public owner in the administration of procurement for a construction manager at-risk to renovate a public hospital valued at $16,500,000 utilizing CMAR as the delivery model and financing from various public and private sources.
  • Represented public owner in the procurement, construction, development, and program/project management of a $550,000,000 renovation of an iconic sports venue utilizing CMAR as the delivery model and financing from various public and private sources and a State Capital Outlay grant.
  • Represented developer in land acquisition, zoning and governmental approvals, procurement, construction, and development of a $45,000,000 student housing project utilizing CMAR as the delivery model and financing through a TIF, private sources, and opportunity zone.
