Heather is a Senior Attorney based in the metro Boston area and a member of the Business Law team at Gravis. Her experience working internationally in the private sector, in the non-profit sphere, and in government enables her to provide sound, creative and multi-dimensional advice to her clients.

Heather’s work in international finance and on global anti-money laundering and anti-corruption compliance rules and regulations provide a sound foundation to support today’s emerging FinTech and digital asset companies. All companies can take advantage of her experience as in-house counsel when it comes to a variety of contracting and business development needs, including the creation of necessary policies and procedures in areas such as data privacy, sanctions, conflicts of interest, and general terms and conditions. She has extensive experience as in-house counsel for non-profit organizations, and enjoys assisting mission-driven organizations to meet their legal obligations so they can stay focused on their goals and public services.

Heather serves as Secretary of the Board of the Boston Blockchain Association, helping to educate and inspire New Englanders interested in blockchain-related initiatives. She enjoys travel and learning about different cultures, having lived in four countries and visited more than fifty. She is a member of the American Poolplayers Association, enjoys hiking, being out on the water, and is both crafty and an avid reader.

Heather is admitted to practice law in New York, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and in the District of Columbia. She is a graduate of Boston College Law School and the University of Chicago.
